Ways of ticket
booking － booking on-line: You can enter the index conditions with the part of
“flight searching”, then you can see the flight information what you need

The regulation of booking on-line:
- Passenger purchasing the ticket online has to obey the various regulation of
local passenger transportation in the《Public aviation method of PRC》which
released by the civil aviation office.
- Special passenger (include VIP, wounded person, pregnant woman, unaccompanied
children....etc.) can not booking online, because of the special service
procedure. You have to pay the fiddler by own, if you disobey the regulation.
- Passenger has to take the valid certificate which the civil aviation office
demanded for enplaning, and ensure the identity and travel certificate is
availably、legally、accurately. You have to pay the fiddler by own, if the

- Passenger should keep less than 3 hours for transferring with the connecting
ticket.
- Passenger should check-in for at least 30 minutes early before the flight
departure.

If passenger misses the flight after purchasing, the thicket can be endorsed

- you can get the ticket in the main cities with the e-ticket realized in
domestic tickets currently. As the international ticket, it should be depend on
actual circumstance.
- Delivering service: We just provide delivering service free in the downtown
of Shanghai currently; if you need delivering to the other area or other
domestic cities, you have to pay the fees of express, and we will arrange it
free for you.
